A: To access the guided meditations please follow this link and enter the password found on the instructions card included in your deck. Our guided meditations are available on multiple platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, etc.) so you can pick which platform is best for you. We recommend using the mobile app version of these platforms for the best listening experience.
